We were extremely fortunate that neither Nuns Beach House nor its immediate surroundings were affected by the Dec/Jan 2020 bushfires. The views from the house are as they were. Sadly, 3 houses at the end of our laneway on the Point were burned down as were a few houses at the entrance to South Rosedale. Many houses in North Rosedale were lost as you may have seen on the news at the time. Batemans Bay, Moruya and the surrounding communities are getting back to something like normal, as are the trees, and holidaymakers are returning. We personally welcome your consideration of a holiday or short break in South Rosedale at Nuns Beach House to help expedite our communities' long road to complete recovery.  

Nuns Beach House is a popular holiday home in an idyllic, private location perched just above the pristine, golden sands and turquoise waters of Nuns beach - a secluded cove flanked by wooded headlands - 15 minutes south of Batemans Bay on the NSW South Coast.

With gorgeous, uninterrupted views of the ocean, beach, bush and headlands from the entire upstairs open plan living area, as well as from the main bedroom and ensuite, and the bunk bedroom at the back of the house, it's the perfect getaway for families, a couple, or friends holidaying together for a weekend, or a week, any time of year.
